About Gina

Professional History: Gina has over 20 years of professional Human Resources and Organizational Development experience. In her last corporate role, she led training and OD programs for over 1,500 employees across five North American offices for one of the largest hearing healthcare organizations in the world. 

 

She launched her consulting practice in 2018 to help companies design and execute organizational strategies to develop, motivate, train, and retain staff while positioning themselves for growth and success. She provides solutions in the following areas: performance management, talent and succession planning, supervisory training, leadership development, support for emerging leaders, executive coaching, and executive meeting facilitation.

 

In addition to running her own coaching and consulting company, Gina is proud to be a Program Manager for WOMEN Unlimited, Inc, an organization devoted to the development of high- potential females at all levels.

Education: Gina graduated from North Central College in Naperville, IL with a degree in Organizational Communication and Business. She has completed graduate level coursework at Northern Illinois University and is a DISC Certified trainer.

Personal: Gina married her college sweetheart and together they are raising three daughters in the Chicago suburbs. Gina is a voracious reader who knows her library card number by heart and reads a book per week.
